We start with framing a realistic product innovation challenge and with guidance from product coaches you will then experience the creative flow within a small team from customer discovery to testing product ideas to level up your skills in leading product teams.
You will leave the Product Dojo with a toolbox of methods from Design Thinking and Design Sprints, Business Model Innovation, Product Discovery and Scrum combined as a blueprint of a Product Innovation Sprint.

The 1/2 day sessions are highly intensive so make sure not to schedule an urgent project or product release during the Product Dojo.
Here is the calendar with the planned sessions.
Learning will take place within the scheduled sessions and self paced before and in the time in between the sessions. You will work on a real product idea and apply methods in the team between the joint sessions starting with the Product Dojo Lift Off. Please make sure you free up enough time especially for ideation after the Lift Off (1hr), after Customer Discovery (1-2hr), and (30 min.) between the other dates. -

The #PoDojo was founded in 2011 by Stefan Haas, an experienced product coach and Catherine Louis, a certified Scrum trainer with the mission to improve product innovation practices that goes far beyond Scrum. A really large number of product companies from small innovative startups to large scale companies have send their product people to develop their skills at the #PoDojo.
They provide a hands-on, highly practical intensive 5 ½ day learning experience. A single ticket for three days cost 1,800 EUR. Group tickets are available starting from 1,600 EUR for a group of at least three participants. Payment can be made by invoice, direct debit or credit card. All prices are net, VAT/turnover tax will be charged based on EU regulations.

If you have a date conflict or can’t join the Product Dojo for any reason you have an option to keep the ticket at no extra cost to join for another date or transfer the ticket to another person. Substitutions are accepted by explicit agreement with us.
If you have to cancel we will refund you according to the following policy:- More than four weeks before the event starts we will refund 100% of the ticket price,
- from one to four weeks before the event we will refund 50% of the ticket price,
- in the case of a cancellation after this timeframe or “no show” there will be no refund. -
The Product Dojo is designed for Product Owners, Product Managers and any role that leads product discovery and delivery, e.g. Entrepreneurs, Marketing or UX.
Some Scrum Masters and Design Thinking/Sprint coaches who want to become facilitators of product innovation methods joined us.

One or more years in an agile product role is ideal but any experience level is welcome. We provide team roles for experienced levels and opportunities for peer leaning for beginners.
