Customized product learning workshops
To rapidly up-skill groups of up to 120 product people and their teams we design and facilitate a customized learning journey that fits your learning objectives.
What we offer
From running public and customized product learning workshops for hundreds of clients for more than 10 years, including Axel Springer, Zalando, Daily Deal/ Google, Forto, Wooga, OLX we have a huge repository of training modules that cover the whole chain from product discovery and strategy to incremental, iterative product development in scaled environments using a variety of agile frameworks.
To create a learning journey that fits the real work challenges of product people at your company we start with a discovery and design phase to co-create a training flow based on insights gained from people within your company. The initial training design will be testet with pilots and refined to scale for large groups, including a train-the-trainer model so that the learning sticks within your organisation.
The objective of the iterative training delivery is to grow a network of learners, enable peer learning and continuously improve the learning experience. We use real project challenges, teamwork simulations and agile games to create an immersive experience and make concepts tangible. The style of training is highly actionable and will be delivered to groups of maximum 20 people within one session.
